Product Manager Linear Guides

I work as a Product Line Manager for Linear Guides. My office is located in Schweinfurt, Germany, from where I support the products, I am responsible for. This product range is also produced in Germany in our Schweinfurt and Meckesheim factories.

Before becoming a Product Manager, I was responsible for the same product range, but in the role of a Product and Business Development Manager.

As a product line manager, you are a key figure in a customer-oriented organization like Ewellix. It is all about taking care of our customer's needs and making sure that we have the matching products in our portfolio, which in turn requires a dedicated strategy throughout the whole product lifecycle.

In my job, I have to manage a well-balanced combination of meaningful publications, training courses for our sales colleagues, and everything else to bring our products to the market. The target is to prove that Ewellix can offer added value to each and every one of our customers.

Motivation fuels competition and sparks social connections. Ewellix has highly committed teams that support each other. The result is a strong team spirit, and this is what I experience every day working at Ewellix.

Being a Schaeffler Group company, we will work together to grow the linear motion footprint. For me personally, this will be the most interesting challenge for the future.
