M/V modular range rails can be equipped with aluminium or plastic needle roller assemblies. They are dimensional wise interchangeable to LWR rails in size 6 and 9.

Needle roller assemblies are for heavy-duty applications requiring ultimate rigidity. Ewellix offers two series with needle rollers the LWM/V and LWRM/V. The LWM/V rails are also offered in ACSM version with Ant-Creeping-System. Rail guides with needle rollers provide maximum dynamic and static load carrying capacity. They are often used in grinding machines, presses and other machining tool applications.

M/V type rails with ACSZ (Anti-Creeping- System) for constant cage position and motion precision.
The rack and pinion design comes with an aluminium needle roller assembly.
LWN/LWO type
LWN/LWO type
Same performance as LWM//V type rails with needle roller assemblies. N/O rails do have different outside dimensions to be interchangeable to competitor offers.
