Business Development Manager, automotive assembly
After 15 years as an application engineer for high performances actuators, I moved to global role in business development, to support Ewellix growth in the automotive assembly sector across the world.
Located in our office in France, I drive the sales strategy for automotive assembly with our sector director, bringing market trends and needs to our product development team. As a product and joining applications expert, I support a sales team of five in opportunities creation. I also work closely with the marketing team to improve product and brand awareness.
Besides the highly engineered products I work with daily, what I like most are the passionate people working at Ewellix. Creating a close and solid team spirit is one of the main drivers for success in all challenges. This has been the emphasis in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The trust and support you get from your colleagues, all working closely together as a family is appreciated daily and makes me feel happy to work with such an excellent team.
The automotive industry has been moving towards electrifying the complete car production up to the vehicle itself, resulting in new techniques and performance optimisation. I am glad to be part of the journey, supporting customers in overcoming their challenges with better and more flexible assembly lines and pushing components and systems to the limits.
