New Business Development and Technical Manager

I am responsible for new business development and the application engineering team in the Chinese sales unit. My job is about helping the sales team get new industry leads, support marketing activities, promote new application reference cases, and building the local technical capabilities. In China we are present in four different cities: Beijing, Dalian, Pinghu and Shanghai. I work out of our Shanghai office together with six colleagues.
 
Besides generating new business, Ewellix really focuses on the personal development of its employees. Each employee is empowered to make his own career path and grow as a valuable member of the team. We are really enthusiastic about working at Ewellix, keeping in mind the responsibility to the company, to society, and being recognised both internally and externally.
 
Our company mission is about applying our linear motion expertise to create solutions inside customer applications. To fulfil this mission, I would say that our most interesting opportunity right now is to become more well-known in the Chinese market. We want all potential industries and customers to know about Ewellix and our offers. That will make it easier to establish contact with potential target customers, and discover the real market demands that will become our next challenge.
