Anna Danielsson
Head of Product Management
I took on the position of Head of Product Management in July 2023. Before that, I was in Taiwan for almost three years working as Finance manager for our factory and Product manager for the product line produced in the Taiwan factory. Prior to relocating to Taiwan, I was working with global initiatives at the headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden.
My main responsibility as Head of Product Management is to make sure we have an attractive product offering for our customers, in line with our strategy and that can bring sustainable profit to the organization. We have a talented and experienced team of product managers that is managing our products throughout the lifecycle which means that we work with a broad variety of tasks every day.
I am also part of the organization’s management team and work closely together with the other functions. As a management team, we work to implement our company strategy in an actionable way as well as remove roadblocks for the organization to work smoothly.
Ewellix is big enough to have the necessary resources, infrastructure and employer opportunities, but also small enough for all employees to make a real difference. I really like the proximity to everyone in the organization, and the company culture where it is perfectly fine to contact whomever you need for support, regardless of where you are in the organization.
