Training weeks in Schweinfurt: An essential need for professionals
Schweinfurt - Once again, a large number of retailers met this spring for two weeks of basic and intensive training at SKF Linearsysteme GmbH* Plant in the Main River valley. New products, the newly created homepage, as well as the Webshop and Online Tools were the main topics addressed during the training session in Schweinfurt.
The SKF Linearsysteme GmbH* linear technology products were discussed in particular, including linear guidance systems as well as drive elements such as ball and roller screws, actuators and lifting columns that the customer can almost freely personalise in terms of dimensions, equipment details, and special machining. The number of variants is sometimes comparable to the reconfiguration of a car. Against this backdrop, it is particularly important to win over and loyalize partners in order to transfer the product knowledge and be able to pass it on to our customers. Therefore, in 2016 SKF Linear Systems* has developed a program for German retailers - the training weeks in Schweinfurt.
The session was divided into 4 training blocks: basic training with general information on all product ranges, and three intensive training courses for linear guides, screw drives, and actuators.
The vibe among participants was positive: we at SKF Linearsysteme GmbH* are well prepared for the challenges ahead - also and especially because of our contracted partners in the linear motion market!
